Throughout various post-pandemic journeys, I frequently dreamt of a tsunami crashing into a downtown landscape while traveling between Chicago and Dallas, Texas. The waves moved slowly, and the city was always empty except for me and the buildings. This inspired me to study the architecture of buildings I encountered in multiple cities, stitching them together to create a unique urban sprawl being engulfed by giant waves.
In this image, I aimed to visually depict the impact of a massive wave sweeping through a composite of different city skylines.
