RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with the item(s) you purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to return an item. The following return policy applies, with specific conditions for limited edition and original prints:

  • Original Prints: You may return original print artworks within thirty (30) working days of your purchase date. Please notify us of your intention to return the goods by writing via email, through our website contact form, or directly by email. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a return code and address. Please write this code on the outside of your return package. Returns must be made at YOUR expense, with the items undamaged and in their original packaging (or similar). We recommend using an insured delivery service. If the return is made within the stipulated period and the goods are in their original condition, we will refund the FULL COST of the goods using the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Limited Edition Prints: Due to the unique nature of limited edition prints, these items are NON-RETURNABLE. Please consider your purchase carefully to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

RETURN DISCLAIMER

Do not ship the artwork back to us without contacting us first.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you if the item is found to have been damaged after delivery, misused, used other than in accordance with the instructions, or if the issue is due to normal wear and tear.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Utmost care is taken in packaging and selecting reliable, professional carriers. However, please inspect all goods upon arrival.

All goods must be carefully removed from packaging as we accept no liability for damage incurred during unpackaging. Artworks will not be shipped if their condition does not meet the artist’s standards.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permissible only for defective or damaged items, or if a custom material(s) and/or frame(s) is requested by the artwork owner using the archived image file. Please use the contact form to report and upload details of damaged or defective artwork.
