Original Artwork Purchase Agreement

This Original Artwork Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Benjamin Pesqueda LLC, hereby referred to as the “Artist,” and [Client’s Full Name-original], hereby referred to as the “Client,” on [Today’s date].

Artwork Details:

• Title: [Title of Artwork-original]
• Edition: Original (with potential limited edition versions up to 16 per image)

Terms of Agreement:

1. Limited Edition Versions: The Artist reserves the right to create limited edition versions of the original print, with a maximum of 16 reproductions per image.
2. Custom Scaling: The Client may request custom scaling of their artwork within the limitations of the selected surface.
3. Return Policy: Artwork may be returned within 30 days from the date of arrival at the Client’s address if in its original condition.
4. Ready to Hang: All artwork is delivered ready to hang.
5. Authentication Labels: After shipment confirmation, authentication labels are shipped separately in a different parcel. The Client is requested to affix it to the back of the artwork.
6. Reprinting Policy: Artwork can be reprinted on a different material upon the Client’s request through the contact page on bpesqueda.art. The Client is responsible for additional shipping and material costs.
7. Originality: Only one original artwork exists. Any duplicate versions must be destroyed before new signature authentication labels are re-issued or sent.
8. Printing and Shipping: Printing is available on demand. Shipping should take 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

Financial Agreement:

• The Client agrees to compensate the Artist [Amount in Currency] for the creation and delivery of the Artwork, as per payment details provided by the Artist.

Resale Royalty:

• The Artist is entitled to a resale royalty of 7% on subsequent sales of the Artwork.

Certificate of Authenticity:

• The Artist shall provide a Certificate of Authenticity for the original Artwork upon shipment.

Acknowledgment:

By checking the box on the cart checkout page of bpesqueda.art, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
