I began documenting some of the strange and slightly familiar landscapes in recent dreams.
In this image, I wanted to visualize a dream-based landscape where I saw myself hiking toward the top of a hill as wind and heat raged across a barren field. As I reached the top, the wind became more violent and began pushing smoke toward me. As I felt the heat and ash singe my body, I woke up and recorded this experience visually.
